Self Publishing: Getting to the End by Victoria Corva #ChaBooCha

Today, we have a vlog created especially for ChaBooCha by author Victoria Corva. I do believe this is the first vlog post done on the Chapter Book Challenge.

*****

Victoria Corva writes things and reads things and reads things out loud, and sometimes she gets paid for that, which is nice because it means she can feed her cat.

She lives in Wiltshire with her partner and her furry familiar and as many books as she could fit in her small flat.

She is anxious and autistic and doing just fine.

To find out more about her and read more of her work, visit https://victoriacorva.xyz

Today's prize is a paperback copy of Books and Bone by Victoria Corva. (FYI: This is not a children's book.) To be entered to win, you must be a signed-up member of ChaBooCha and comment on this blog post. You only get one entry, and the drawing will be done by a random number generator on March 31st at noon.

    1. It's something I have to remind myself a lot. I think it's really easy to get tricked into thinking You Aren't Doing It Right when really there is no right way. :)

    1. Thanks so much, Melissa. It's weird how often I have to remind myself that even if the way I work is not one often touted in writing guides or by my fav authors, it's still totally valid. So hopefully it's a useful reminder for someone else as well! ^_^

  5. Thank you for stating that each of us must find what works for ourselves and that we are not carbon copies of each other

    1. It's one of those weird things where it's hard to remember even though it's obvious -- perhaps because there's so much writing advice going around that feels prescriptive. I'm glad you appreciated it. Thanks for watching!

  6. How exciting that you often put up early chapters & ask for feedback from your fans! Makes the writing process far more integrated & probably, innovative! Thx for your vlog!

    1. Innovative! I wish that were so. It's much more that I struggle to get to the end of things without praise and encouragement, and especially without knowing whether people are interested! XD

      Thanks so much for watching!
