Final vote for Teapot Tales 3 cover!

We have a winner! Now it's time to narrow it down.

The voting total came to:
(One person voted for two different ones, so her vote was split between them into a half-vote. I, myself, did not vote; I only vote if I'm needed as a tie breaker.)

#1 – 1.5 votes
#2 –  4 votes
#3 – 0 votes
#4 –  3.5 votes

This means that #2 has won!

So now we need to vote on which of the #2 covers we want to use.

(If you like the font used on a different one from the one you vote for, you may say so along with your vote.)

Here are your choices. Please comment on this post with the # of the version of the cover you like best.

You have until Sunday, the 11th of October, to cast your vote. The final cover will be revealed on Monday, the 12th of October.

  1. #4

In terms of font, I think the subtitle would look better if in a plain font to match the plain font on the previous Teapot Tales. I think perhaps also move the title down a little so it's slightly more centred between the top of the unicorn's horn and the top of the book.

  2. I agree with Jo about having a plain font that matches the previous Teapot Tales.

I like 4, but is there a way to make the silhouette stand out a bit more?
    Otherwise 5.

    1. #'4 has been updated based on (almost everyone's) suggestions. What do you think?

  3. #2, as it blends well with your other cover colors (beige, teal, and dark blue) and I like the play of light of the moonbeams against the black silhouettes. I also agree that the font (#5) should remain the same as your 2013 and 2014 editions, with the title” Teapot Tales” centered above the unicorn and the girl/fairy as it is in #5

  4. Actually, if you could make the background of the trees the same as in #2 with the black silhouettes and font of #5 it would be perfect

    1. I like #2 as well. The silhouettes are the same, but what you are saying is you like them to stand out more from the background. That can be done with all of the covers. Based on frequent suggestions during the vote, I've already updated #4.

    2. Take #5's silhouettes, font and font placement and use the background from #2

  5. Really torn. But if push came to shove, I vote for #5. But #4 is a very close second, especially if you can center the title.

  6. I've had two votes for #4 e-mailed to me and a third given via Facebook message. I've also had one vote for #2 cast through Facebook. (Not everyone found it easy to comment here.) I'll tally up the final votes and cast a tie-breaker if necessary. A post with the cover reveal will be up shortly.
